Range depends on many factors: Noise in the area, how well tuned is your antenna, condition of the day. As much I can say with the cheap boscam 200mW Tx on CP antennas(TBS triumphs) I could easily fly upto 800-900m with very less signal break. So 600mW with a good patch antenna and diversity Rx will easily give you much more.
