Electronics or frame parts? I have got a couple of escs(burnt out I think) and a few brushed motors(working) laying around..

I do have couple of esc..burnt!

I too have one burnt out esc.. What are Planning to do with it.
Any plans repairing these....

Hey, nice try vineet. So, you got the MOSs now. Can I have a few nMOS and pMOS for different test perpose only (Also I will pay for those)? You need an Osciloscope (Duel Trace of course) for complete repairing.
So, A LHS with repairing ability in SMD Level we are getting in near future.

I will be very happy if any help required from My side (Though I know you are far better than me in electronics respect as well as common sense for troubleshooting).

By. the by, My NET is down for 2 weeks for cutting of jelly filled cable of BSNL due to drainage system updatation by KMC

regarding electronics , i think people like you and sultan sir are having very good knowledge , i am not a electronic guy as i have not studied it , now just playing with codes
so you know far better then me and ya , i am better in troubleshooting and "jugar" in hindi

regarding  fets

yes people are having bunches of esc (non working ) and they donot know what to do with them ,why do not use there parts .

i have few fets with no use just mail me which number you want i will send you free sir

added 4 servos same price , going to add motor and esc for some additional cost

vineet sir, i too have a 20 amps esc in burnt condition

Regarding the fets, I need a couple... Then I can upgrade my 20A escs to 30A

What are the specifications of the FETs?

if you have not attempt it for repair, you can pm me the link for the esc i will let you know what can be done , i will send you some brand new servos probably for that burnt esc really
