they do not gives a permission if we ask before import.

we meet the customs officer 6-7 times...we also ask the phone number of their senior officer and they says we have not their phone number.

he says this all things are Restricted...and if parcel total cost is more than 2000 INR than we must pay penalty...like 5000/- + custom Duty

yes i ask about heli KIT and it's parts but he says that all are restricted we can not import it.

they release my parcel after 2 month with 1000rs duty on each parcel...
so...that why i applied for RTI and also sent NOTICE from my advocate.

Customs: 50%

50% of 4647.89 INR = 2323.94

Total ( Tx + shipping + customs ) = 4647.89 INR + 2323.94 INR

Thetr is a simpler way. Customs issue a receipt for whatever they charge. Its also attached to parcels brought in by indian post. Why dont you share the receipt and get out of all controversies

If the customs or the post office has not given any receipt of the duty then you cannot prove that any duty was paid! I in knowledge- everyone who pays a duty gets a receipt/letter stuck on their consignment with the duty amount written on it.
