Why you are Not try to import or not ask to customs FPO or our post office..

i already given phone number you must ask them about duty and transmitter...they will clear your doubt.

They are show me receipt but not given...they need to send back that receipt to the customs..as Postal department says...

Please if you have any doubt about custom duty and Receipt please ask to Our HONEST Government DEPARTMENT...

i will also Give you RTI INFORMATION once i will received from our Great Customs Department...

That all people who are commenting here they have not Experience and Proof about their thinks and comments...

mbt1370, I still have a doubt, how does tracking details prove that you have paid taxes?

Moreover ,I have never seen a built thread from you, or any models bought by you flown, i.e your interest in this hobby seems to be purely commercial. Your signature too carries details on what you have for sale! You only seem to visit this forum to "SELL" items. And yet you are not an official LHS as far as I know! The customs may have got a whiff that you are trying to "Commercially Sell" these imported items on this forum . Hence they may be adding penalty or something  . Other than that I see no logical reasons on you being charged 50/60% while others are being charged 30% on average, that too with valid tax receipts?

Anyways like it has been mentioned before, it is going to be really hard for you to sell such overpriced items, irrespective of all the justifications you have given without showing any actual proof of tax/custom receipts (showing tracking details doesnt prove anything my friend ). Because other people are getting the same items from HK by paying much lower taxes, some lucky ones even go scot-free. So next time pay the customs only when they produce a receipt, that would be good start for you.

why i always says to everyone that you must ask To ahmedabad Customs...

that not i am only one..they are impose duty on every parcel if we have hobby parts.

That every person says they can import easily if they have not any electronic item...But here they are detain our parcel if we have any HOBBY PARTS [plane,heli,any KIT]...

Again I will give you proof that i paid TAX on 9xr...Once i will receive RTI from Ahmadabad customs.

and about receipt they says they need to send back that receipt to the customs ....

Why selling my Items:-
Because i unable to complete any sets, Like Plane or any Heli kit which i need to Import.
you can fly because you can Import anything without any problem...I Order rc stuff with 99% risk of detain and loss of money...Because they are takes Long time[2-4 month] to take decision ...And after long time if they release then they are impose custom duty like 40-50%.

That is not happening only with me...that happening with every importer who is from GUJARAT.

I will buy it in 7300 + shipping.
