@Divay:  I understand that having lawyers in your family may help you on this to a certain extent, but let's appreciate the facts and in this case if you will, they can help you only in not quite straight n strict legal ways . I would think such actions(the bank transaction snapshot and edit) to test seller authenticity can counterfire and put you in trouble.

With reference to these posts, if I am concerned about something, that's only milkyway and shooting stars but not any star that looks rather stunning here. Taking nature of his posts into account, I would as well see him set up by Anwar Sir to count some twinkling stars in the sky.
He truly is oblivious of the risk he's taken and no word of caution for him  

PS: I am not a senior RCI member to give prudent advice or suggestions here, but I think being practical is more than sufficient to opine here on a topic that is not strictly of RC nature.

I took me quite a while to go through the complete thread. (Note to myself, log into the forum more often). I am glad that Divay did not get fooled.
The one thing that I am concerned about is how to identify such fraudsters? Like Anwar said, banning from the forum is no solution as he could open up another account. Actually, he can still open up another account and let the current account be idle but active. So while the entire forum would be on the look out for Mr. X, he could still try and fool another person from a Mr. Y account. I recall having seen VC getting the raw end of the deal some time back, then it was Gaurav who got into trouble with PLFM.
So while some genuine sellers do exist and we should encourage them, but how do we stop these malafide intent folks?

Just being cautious towards deals too good sounding and buying goods from people who have been on this forum for long and are active, rather than outwardly new member or someone just posted occasionally to sell item.
We could be missing good deal from otherwise genuine flyer who has been not much active on the forum(There many such gems, I bet), one can contact other flyer from the same city to verify their credentials and rapport.

Please note ... I only have 10 Channels on my TV  ... so I do not know of any other channels.... Pankaj... why dont you fax 100 Channel remote you have 100 channels on your TV
