Usually a motor for 600 size heli starts with stator dimensions 3530,3535,4020,4025 or can go bigger.
And if you running 6s setup kV ranges from 900 to 1300kv

For 12s setup it's around 500kv

There are Align 600mx motors, Align 750mx motors , Scorpion 4025 , Gartt hf600 and many more.
