This is a well used biplane foam with many crashes and repairs but still flies beautifully, a slow flyer.

Rs 800 for the entire kit - plane, motor, prop, 20 amp ESC, 2 servos, one used lipo 2S 610 maH, just plug in your receiver and start slow flying!  Can only fly in very light winds.
