Flex in the arms... Can you twist the arms easily? Then that may be the reason for your hex's instability. Those arms look awfully narrow for the motor and props.

Nopes, the problem is that the frame isnt built like as I expected. Difficult to use landing gears.
Angles were not perfect, not the problem of the FC.
Also the screws come off even though I applied threadlocker Sad

Huge frame!!!

You should have first started with making a small frame and then modified it. There are many things, like vibration and all. It really matters a lot when the size is increased.

Just my advice. Please do think about these things when you are making a new quad.

I believe, I will buy a ready made frame next time. so such problems.
The problem is because I didnt use CNC cutting.

Hello Rahul...... too good job for a class 10 guy.

Why dont you talk to QWERTY on this forum ( NOIDA) and meet up,  he is in 11th and interested in quad.

You two can come up with something. You dont live that far.... also you have summer holidays at your disposal.

Do not Quit / sell so easily try to complete what you started ......
