RC India

Hi all,

I'm selling my six month old HPI Savage in RTR configuration. It's run less than one gallon. Original Box and Documents included. Run in as per HPI instructions. Optimal tuning and in perfect running condition. Truck is always cleaned after a run and serviced with After Run Oil. Outer Air Filter element cleaned with nitro after every run. Inner Air Filter element cleaned and oiled every couple of runs. Engine and mechanicals run great.

There are scratches on the shell and bumpers. There is a scratch on the cooling fin as well. No damage. No broken parts. Everything works as it should. Always starts on first crank.

The only reason I'm selling this is because I simply don't have the time to RC anymore. It's been a couple of months since I even posted on the forum! Marriage can make life really hectic! :)

:D Well I don't want to sell really. But I just don't see myself getting the time to do it as often as I would like. I figured instead of it sitting and collect dust, might as well sell it off and buy another one later. I have almost all my weekends planned and accounted for. First year after marriage can be quite harrowing! lol!

But lets see. If I don't get a good offer, I'll keep it. I know I will regret the sale the moment its done. But it sucks to look at it everyday and wish you had some free time to run it! Being nitro, I can't just run it whenever I want to! :(

Tassem, what do you have planned ? An ICE upgrade or a HID kit for your car  ;) even my car hasn't been run since June 24, that's more than 3 months now! Even i was thinking of selling it, and buying one when i have the time, but the loss you will incur in this process just doesn't make sense. I also have an SLR sitting unused for 2 months now! Plus once you have the time for the you'll find yourself car-less and you'll regret then

Even if it pains to see it lie in a corner and gather dust just hold onto it. RC's lose a lot of value so it doesn't make sense to sell unless its for an upgrade.

Even i hardly find time these days. With money comes responsibility :D I still run for 5 mins on sundays. Love my truck :) Hope you change your mind. If not hope the savage finds a caring buyer :(

@Shashank: Lol.. HID is on the backburner for now. I don't want to cut the back cover yet cause spares are not available. ICE Upgrade is already done. We're talking 10.1 here :D Plus I've ordered a Spider Tuning box. Alloys are here but not installed yet since I have to take them to the powder coating guy. I want to go look at suspension upgrades as well. But nothing gets done! All I get to do is visit friends for lunch, play host to relatives and the usual post marital pita!

You have no idea how many hobbies are on hold. RC is just one. I used to be a big time photography buff. Now the camera only gets exercised on outings. I love target practice! Now the gun just gets oiled every week! Even the car has to wait to be pampered. lol..

Lol A poll would be too political :D But lets see. I'll leave it in the classifieds for a few days. If I don't get any good offers, I'm gonna try and plan a few runs at least. Perhaps I can get my wife along to the track and make it a day outing!

Back on sale guys! Unfortunately I just don't get time to RC anymore. So its better if somebody else has some fun outta this. Still the same amount of fuel left. It's run less than 3 litres.

What is the quoted cost now?
