Worst deal I ever had in my life

Very good mr Abdul Jabbar  , you wanted the copter , even i told you its used you bought it , than you said you want refund so i did so now you say its the worst deal , you paid 1900 i shipped you through bluedart !!(i paid 250 shipping)

You called back and told me as i have refunded 1700 so you could not shipp through ems , than when i told you keep it at 1000 , YOU SAID YOU SHIPPED BACK through a courier  which never ships to my place  !! so i told you i have been cheated ,so now you say its the worst deal!!

Nobody in my life cald me as a cheater.. Sending through a normal courier means am I a cheater for you? I have given you a tracking number.. You will get your product by Monday or Tuesday.. If your parcel is lost I will return your money..

Let me be very clear

You paid 1900 on  19th January 2015

I shipped the product on 19th itself through bluedart  with rs 250  shipping. (you insisted DTDC but i used Bluedart so that you get it as fast as possible)

with tracking id 60182781820 which was delivered to you on 21st January

than you asked for refund and agreed to ship back ! So i said i can return you 1700 at the moment

which i did today so you went to ems as they denied you said if i pay you 200 more than only you can ship through other reliable courier , Than i told you bro why get in such crap just repay 1000 keep the quad ...!!!!



Than you realize you have shipped it through St courier ( i went to there website and found out that they do not offer service to my location!! even called them up and got the same answer)

even then i went ahead and paid your remaining rs200 ( as you told you have talked to the courier people to re  ship through other reliable courier )

than you told me the item has already left the courier facility !!


So i got  FRUSTRATED felt like being cheated( as even after your full refund you didn't took responsibility to ship it back safely USED A COURIER WHICH DOES NOT EVEN HAVE ITS SERVICE IN MY STATE !!!!  )  and call it a BAD DEAL !!! :banghead: :banghead:


If i wont get my quad back pay me my 1900  :help:

Ask anyone in the forum if a buyer even after full refund does not take proper responsibility to ship back the item safely than what should the seller feel and say about the buyer !!!!


I was  a fool i could have told you unless i receive the item i wont initiate the refund than it would have been right !!!


but i thought that you are responsible enough even than i trust you , and do expext to get my quad back by Tuesday(27th January 2015)     


or else as you told you will repay please repay my 1900 !!!!

It's a great deal for the price.. I had a new hubsan x4 bnf.. The tx of this was not binding with my new hubsan.. So I returned.. Nothing else..

well after going through the thread I don't think the seller is at fault at all.. the buyer has returned the product on his discretion.. what if the seller had said that the deal is not refundable.

Times are changing.
Recently got a BNF and it bound perfectly with my older original hubsan. One is 0.3mp and other 2.0mp still no problem. Hope you receive your hubsan back.

No refund from buyers end as promised …... Will be careful next time .....Being a seller I am screwed now !! As most probably I have lost my quad in transit !!

Some courier companies who dont have a India wide presence use third party courier networks to deliver items outside serviceable area. I have Fed EX parcels delivered the same way at my place. And it takes a lot of time to get the item delivered. Tracking is futile as its not updated most of the time. Last two days were holiday so there is a high chance your item is still on the way. Be a little more patient and wait out till weekend .

And moral of the story is dont refund before you get your items back.

PS: tracking details are updated, from what I see, your parcel is probably headed for a flyking couriers which probably may service your area or may forward it to some other agency.

The buyer doesn't even respond !!! He is worthy of insult !! If he were a good person he would have initiated a repay !! As promised !!! But he seems to have a escapiest attitude !!
This whole hobby and forum is based on trust and SOME PEople don't even bother  !!!

I didn't wana make comments on your quadcopter so that you can sell it to others.. But your posts about me is seriously making me angry.. I had many deals from this forum and I have only returned yours.. You can try to make money out of a crap but a buyer shouldn't ask for refund? Did u forgot how u were begging me to keep this quadcopter? U glued almost every part of quadcopter and all 4 propellers were damaged and u even glued the sticks of tx.. You blocked me once you received your quadcopter..

I clearly told u the reason for delay in delivery but u stil keep on asking for refund.. For every hour you were going on asking for a refund.. Returning your quadcopter thru a local courier doesn't makes me a cheater..
You know the mistake is your side, that's y u never attended my call.. Wen ever I cal u, u reply n a msg like ' please don't shout me '..

Even I know that buying and selling in this forum is based on trust.. The trust that buyer pays money before seller ships it.. So during refund, seller should also trust the buyer..

Moral of the story: Don't try to make money out of a crap, If so, then be ready to refund..

You simply returned the copter as the radio didn`t bind , I was not begging you to keep the quad , as you made up a mess and i dont trust local courier as even in dtdc  i lost one of my parcel , I agree i was over anxious, even than i refunded your money , isn't it ??

I got really freaked out when you sad you can only ship if i pay you rest 200 out of 1900 as i had already paid 1700 , and when i paid 1700 you said you had already shipped it , YOU WANTED THE COPTER MOSTLY FOR THE RADIO AS YOUR WASNT WORKING , NO ONE IN THE FORUM REFUNDS FOR AN USED ITEM BUT DID !!!

And let me be very honest I stated a good gesture by refunding , out didnt complained about the quad you said it was ok for the price and when it didnt bind you than claimed for your refund !!!! So i did repay you back
