its around 1600 where i saw .. and i couldnt even fly my quad with it . It just lied there in the packet ... actually not used .

What are the advantages of this board over the HK LCD board? Can someone please explain? I think I saw another thread based on this comparison, or am I mistaken?

The lcd board is the newer one, it doesnt need to be connected to pc pre-use as the lcd helps u see and set up in the field or anywhere with out connecting any external devices, but seems to have some issue in tuning. so eventually have to flash its v1.5 for it to work well.
kk2(lcd) has self leveling. much easier to use. It costs twice the price of kk1 which is circulating with quad combos.


edit - forgot what i read half way. my answer went offocourse, sorry . i dont think this has any advantages other than price over the lcd1. Smiley

Proposing here a list of advantages. please feel free to add/remove/correct:

- The LCD one (KK 2.0) uses twin chips for gyro and also adds on accelerometer instead of a single gyro per axis on the kk 5.5. Layman language, the quad is aware of orientation in space and drifting significantly reduces because of self-leveling

- Has an easier menu setup for noobs like me. Also, I *believe* (please correct me if I'm wrong) you can change the P and I parameters of the PI equation independently. On the kk 5.5 board, these are combined into one factor adjustable using pots.

This video by big daddy seems gold standard in quad tuning.

- It does not require connection to PC for changing anything on the firmware
