Welcome to RCI. Looks like some tender loving care is required. Besides the grungy looks, muffler bolts reveal possible thread stripping etc I could restore it for you in two stages: 1. Cosmetic so it looks attractive to potential buyers 2. Get it to run properly, if the internals are in good condition PM me if interested. I presume this is a 46.
