I am deliberately saying this on an open forum to elicit some response from Amir. HE DOES NOT RESPOND! Look at the original post date 5th Aug 2009. I have personally sent him 3 or 4 PM's but he just refuses to acknowledge. What is worse is that we have met personally when he had come down to Guwahati to conduct an Aeromodelling workshop.

I have offered to buy Carbon Fibre Rods / Balsa sheets / These motors etc etc etc - not today, more than 2 months ago (I probably still have the PM's to prove it - not sure though) HE JUST REFUSES TO RESPOND :sleepy:. I don't know what his problem is. Perhaps, he doesn't like me!

Here's hoping that Amir gets angry :argue: :violent: and responds to this. I tender my apologies in advance!

I think we should respect one's privacy. Amir last posted on 30th Jan, after a gap of 15 day, after his 2nd last post on Jan 14th. I guess he has been keeping very busy with his daily chores. Hope to see him back soon.

But yes, if he has already sold the motors (most likely considering the sweet spot of 2200kv) , he should have posted one liner SOLD. Nevertheless...

I don't think anyone of us are interested in invading his privacy. Well, he does log in regularly. he last logged in yesterday(15th Feb) at 11:42pm. Common cortesy demands that you reply to PM's. I don't think he believes in it. His life, his beliefs.

I completely agree with Ujjwaana, a simple one liner would have sufficed.

Small question, if you follow RCpowers.com some what seriously, why popular shops like Towers/hobby-lobby/HC doesn't have that many 'Tack 2200Kv' motors ? Good that we have enlightened Mr Sai here  {:)} {:)} keeping such specs...

Fair enough. But he should not be posting if he is otherwise busy. It is being totally inconsiderate to the others who were/are interested and  - unnecessarily, in my opinion - keeping them "on hold".

Yes, by posting these for sale, Amir sort of signed up for being responsive about queries on this classified ad.

At the same time, he did not respond to anyone saying that the deal is ON.  What would be really bad is to confirm the deal and make the buyer waiting.  Since that did not happen, we should leave the matter as a lost sale opportunity for the seller :headscratch:

hi guys. i m xtremly sorry for all this. i wass really busy with "fbots" and travelling a lot last few months. just i check posts thru mobile. and i m too lazy to type on mobile.tody ankur told me abt posts thats why i m here. thnx. rite now also i m travelling..
i got many queries abt that motors. after few negotiations i waited. more my fault as i had lot many things to burn my head on. VC sir i m really sorry. when u asked for balsa it was used up in a workshop. i thought will msg u when my stock arrives. but i forgot.
anyways good news is i have three of those parkjjet motors. i will sell two of those on first come first serve basis. but i searched my so called warehouse and  cant find props.well i think i deserve punishment for this. so will give these motors for 500 including shipping. if i found props will give it for free.
i will get back on 5th march. so can ship then only
nd my stock of balsa is expected to come next month end. these are finest quality balsa u will ever get.

Your apologies are accepted, however, "sorry for this but u shud thinks other than yr dimensins also." My dimensions are rather vast, more than I would care to explain at 1:25am!

You can mark me up/confirm my order for 2 Park Jet Motors, as far as the Balsa is concerned, I am getting my stock from Sharma Modelaero, if you have better stuff, do let me know.

I have checked my mails and my last mail to you on 28/Nov/09 and I find nothing that is "not digestable" in those mails. Pl post the objectionable parts back in this forum so that others and the Administrator can decide on the quality of the mail and their digestibility factor.

This will not go anywhere :(  Now that Amir has responded explaining his circumstances, apologized for the delay and it is up to the sole discretion of the seller (until he committed to someone), let us leave it at that.

VC, Amir's point is that your views are one sided in terms of "expected response".  Obviously this is just a matter of perspective and each is entitled to his own. One thing is for sure, discussing this further would only hurt both sides.

Just proceed with the sale (I guess a "first-come-first-served" rule would be appropriate)  :)

Ok, now I understand. I was a little confused about "I got your msg..." and I thought that Amir was referring to some PM that I may have sent him. Anwar Sahab, I have no intention of causing any hurt to anyone, however, if somebody says "you can't blame someone for not responding", under these circumstances, I disagree......

You offer me a product, I agree or show interest in buying it and thereafter I send you a number of PM's and posts and you just refuse to respond for 3 months. In the meantime, you ARE logging in, you ARE checking your mails (I presume) and you ARE ignoring my PM's and posts. If I don't blame you - who do I blame? My next door neighbour's cat? ???

The way I see it, the seller reserves the right to sell a product to whoever he wishes to, at whatever price. I would expect that he tells the others "Sorry Guys, the product is not available anymore". End of story. Sale closed. I hope my views are in line with the forum rules.

Personally what is upsetting is that Amir is the first person that I have actually met from this forum, even before I became a member here. I thought we shared a cordial relationship and I offered to buy some Balsa, Carbon Fibre, Motors etc. more than 3 months ago. My offers were met with a stony silence. No amount of PM's could elicit a response of any kind.

Amir, I don't wish to discuss this any further. If you feel that you are justified in your actions, please accept my apologies, we think differently.

I guess I am flogging a dead horse. Let's just forget it. My offer to buy the 2 Parkjet motors @ Rs.500/- each (inclusive of shipping) stands. Seller, please accept or decline the offer.

VC bhai - I agree with you totally, had the circumstances been normal/usual. Amir explained that his circumstances had been less than ideal (travel, mobile phone etc), and I do still feel that he could have put in a bit of extra effort/time to respond earlier.

Anyways, let us close the "delay chapter" here :)
