I bought a battery and a charger from kshitij saa and i have been conned, first he sent me a fake shipping no. and he told me that he shipped the parcel on Monday 7th September, 2015 but when i transferred the amount of 4200 in his account on Wednesday 9th as he was after me. he shipped it on Wednesday. today when i received the battery and charger i was shocked to see the battery bloated and the charger in really bad condition. the pictures he sent me were old i guess. I called him to return my money but he said he has spent it and will give me back later. i just received the parcel so i am posting this. i have all the call recorded and if he doesn't returns my money. i am going to take legal action.

also suggest me what to do as i don't trust this guy and i know hes gonna give me a run for my money.

Everything was working and the charger even I checked before shipping
And the battery is also new .

Bro y would I lie? U sent me old pictures and said battery is just new. And the charger also in good condition. I have paid you in advance as you said you want money. You are making excuses like my brother shipped the battery and then you say you checked everything. I have calls recorded it clearly tells that you are a liar. I will post pictures of battery and charger both.

Clearly the battery looks very old and the charger too. No red led or green, I tested with a multimeter as well no current in the first pin, 12 v in the second and third pin of the charger. I paid 3500 for the battery and 700 for charger

I just want my money back as I told you in my call

But in the second pic battery isn't mine.
I can prove that ...

hey dude now dont bullshit me, i am already pissed it is your battery mine has got deans connection soldered to it. i only have a hexacopter which has deans.. i dont want to prove shit here now i just want my money back. if you dont give it, ill show you how to take it.
