Hello. :)
Since you intend to sell this as a product (and not a one time sale) please take time to post the following in the first post itself:
1. Images
2. Contents - In detail
3. Dimensions
4. Electronics required/suggested
5. Approximate cost of shipping (to a few cities as an outline)
6. Flight videos - will reassure potential buyers
7. Assembly procedure perhaps

All the best. :)

anyway i give the link
price of landing struct (50) http://aeroworks.co.in/store/index.php?id_product=188&controller=product (http://aeroworks.co.in/store/index.php?id_product=188&controller=product)
2 x wheel (300) http://aeroworks.co.in/store/index.php?id_product=182&controller=product (http://aeroworks.co.in/store/index.php?id_product=182&controller=product)
this is not included in the total price.
because this is not included in the package

Title: Re: Rc coro trainer for sale
Post by: sanjayrai55 on December 11, 2012, 05:23:06 PM
Thank you RCM. What is the height of that Landing strut? Will the prop clear adequately? What about the nose wheel/Tail Wheel?

What will be the impact of the additional weight on flight performance?

I feel you have made a great looking model, and am sure it will fly as well as it looks. Wish you all success, there are many, many modellers who need something like this with the toughness of corro, and the affordability

Title: Re: Rc coro trainer for sale
Post by: Rc Maker on December 11, 2012, 05:54:27 PM
@sanjayrai55 ,
you can use it taildragger as well as tricycle type
this model will capable flying with or without landing gear, because i have already test flown the model with and without landing gear,
landing gear weight is appox 100g only
so the total weight of the model with landing gear is 700g only,
we have recommended 930g thrust motor so dont worry about  {:)} :) :hatsoff:
thanks for your inquiries :hatsoff:

Please try to use the EMS speed post for the major city delivery, as this way shipping cost will be not more than 150-170. this will be economical but still fast delivery solution.

@anandparanjape sir,
im shipping by fedex this is safer one
i have no idea about that EMS speed post is safer or not :help:

i never had bad exp. with speed post for any of metro's. if packing is well, then it won't damage in speed post too :) . i suggested the speedpost as the model is economical, then shipping too must ;)

I think you have selected the motor with a only 2s battery , that will give you some less power. You should go for at least 3S battery.

You may use some cheap power plant (but effective one).
2812 Motor (480)
Prop Adapter(30/-)
Prop 7x6 (45/-) but you should order 3 at least if you are a newcomer.
20A HK ESC (450/-
4 x 9gm Servo (4x160/-)
1000mAh 3S 25C Battery (Flightmax for 510/-)
JST Male connector for 5/-
or T connector (Male -Female pair for 25/-)
All rates from vineet's website i. e.  www.hobbysea.com (http://www.hobbysea.com)

And you use very high powered engine for
Donkey motor 3007 (1100kv 3S 280watt, 1200gm thrust - 730/-)
3mm prop adapter -30/-
10x6 prop  60/- (you may need more than one)
40-50A ESC (Red Brick 50A - 730/-, HK40A - 720/-)
Turnigy 2200mAH 3S 25C battery - 890/-
XT60 male connector 25/-
Bullet Connector (if you wont solder) - 3.5mm gold (20/- x 3 nos)

Please use the later one for more than 700gm AUW, All setup will give you vertical, Battery should be covered with foam and tightly fixed with Airframe, otherwise, it will change CG in mid-flight and flight characteristics will be changed.

What is your Airframe weight ?
for those wants to make their own SPAD can check the thread

@KALYANPRODHAN sir,
sorry sir i have wrongly uploaded, its 3s lipo cell
arf model weight is almost 350g
the electronics i buy from shop that is nearer one for me and also cheaper one
you have posted one website, that is nice one. but i have to wait for some days to get the materials
anyway thanks for your information and supports sir  :hatsoff: :)

Was a flight video ever posted ?  Isn't that important before buying something ?  Looks like it was inadvertently missed.

Title: Re: Rc coro trainer for sale
Post by: rastsaurabh on December 12, 2012, 09:48:28 AM
Yes even i was thinking the same +
the details...
How aerofoil shape is given,
Any type of wing spar for strength
Motor Firewall,
Servo fixtures and push rod connectors,
battery compartment,
what material used to stick coro or its just taped
some of the things which make a plane durable and sturdy.

In my personal view i would like to know these before buying.....

I would suggest you put the recommended items and then post the AUW, flight video, and other items else the person buying will keep trying all sorts of stuff and on failure will blame your model.

So in order for you to be successfull.... Fix the stock configurations.... people should not be advicing on less power motor etc.

Its a trainer plane not a 3D and you are the best judge to suggest best power system supported with a video... if you do not know how to fly well... ask an expert to fly.....

.... ;) some tips to be a successfull in selling an RC model.

Was a flight video ever posted ?
+1. seller, in his interest should post video/videos to avoid future claims of the buyer, like "it was a bad design, it did not fly, seller cheated us with bad design, etc etc ". Buyer, should bear this in mind, that, though it is said to have been test flown (a) there is no video to support this claim (b) the config and setup it has been flown with will determine your success / failure and that could be the reason for failure and not the design which will be supported by the video ??? . So Krishnamoorthy, I guess a video is in order and I have posted this to help you save your future woes ;D

But it may take some while when RC can be taken up as a full fledged occupation to earn living + extra!!!

My personal view.... Still all the best for your search.

Typically also, you should send your planes to folks on this forum (may be at a discount or on loan) and get them to "beta" the design. Then get feedback and then improve the design and then launch it as a product. The "I made it and you buy it"  approach may not work unless the buyer has no idea what to expect of the plane.

Hi RC Maker,
the best thing for you to do is send an ARF plane to Gusty sir and request him to review it. If I were you I would not charge for the plane even though Gusty sir has very kindly stated that he is willing to buy and review it. Across the world all major manufacturers send their models to well known experts  and request them to review them before launching them into the market.
goodluck, :)

Hello Friends,

Newbie to RC and this forum as well.

I am trying to learn a few things from the Beginner's Zone and have been trying my hand on a Simulator setup as well- BMI flight simulator. Have read a few things understood a few and remember fewer still :-)

Saw the Coro trainer for sale from RC maker and also the advise that some of the senior and experienced members have shared both on build and also on electronics needed, I am confident of being in a good company. I would love to build the next one on my own so need a bench mark to begin with.

Next,

RC maker did you get your video and the details of build for all to see , I am inclining to buy this model of your's to do my first flight. Depending on the electronics and also the assembling of these I may go for a RTF as well.

For a Tx I will go for a unused Flysky 9 channel that a friend owns for now and then decide to but one later.

As of flying I am told what ever goes up comes down, eventually ,the secret to fun and joy of flying is to extend the time. So keeping my fingers crossed.
