will the esc tolerate 3s 2200 lipo. and please consider your price..  thanks

it should work with 2200 as it support 3s lipo (plz correct me if i am wrong), but you have to adjust the CG. the review of the plane also tell one of the person ESC has burned, but many others were able to fly.  Its box packed with me and never flew so can't assure for it :)

The HK link says it will use a 1300 mAh battery 3S. There is no relationship between Battery Capacity (mAh) and ESC (Amperes)

You can comfortably use a 2200 mAh pack, just move it around to set the CG

your are right sanjayrai, unless motor is pulling more than 20A, i thing it should be fine. 3s voltage a  20a esc should handle it unless motor goes power hungry and can burn esc easily.
