Since few days I have been experiencing really bad response from rcbazaar.... My last 3 orders have been the worst! My first order ... I hade ordered few nuts.. And they sent me the wrong product... As it was a small amount I took it lite.... Bt in my second order they shipped my product 3 days after I ordered !! The reason- they couldn't find one product .. As it was misplaced somewhere in the shop... ! Then they assured that such mistake will need happen again... Bt today.. It was off the limits ! I ordered few stuffs this Sunday.. And they did not ship it even now !! It's been 4 days since I ordered !! A real bad response from the Bangalore team... Because of them my project is getting delayed since weeks !! What the hell is wrong with this team?? Again I can't afford to wait for some days !! My collage is going to reopen soon...!! I will never order again from this team !! Really bad experience !! Post by: paladugu_sujith on May 28, 2015, 01:02:06 PM I personally never had a problem with rcb. Purchased over s lakh rs of goods..but similar experience as urs to a fellow flier here. He spoke to sujju though and he promised it won't happen again.

First of all there are very few hobby shops in India, and they all are doing their best to encourage the hobby. They are literally fighting with customs and shippings and taxes and still they are giving their best prices/service. We should encourage them instead of posting like this in public. Thanks Kumar. Frankly I feel rcbazaar is the best site in this country...because of its wide range and the value for money !! And even very low shipping prices ! Bt like ... It's been 3 times !! So I got irritated and posted this... But again... Rcbazaar contacted me within half an hour and told me that they will send my products in fast track and assured me that it will be delivered by tomorrow ! Hmm now I realise my mistake ! Something done by my anger ! I am really sorry rcbazaar and all the people ! And anyway how can people leave that attractive store because of some idiotic guy posting something ! And even I can never stop shopping from rcbazaar ! Thanks Sir for making me realise my mistake !! And I am really sorry for what I have done !
