I have a spare wing set which i had cut by Hot wire. Its a clean cut wing no issues. I am not getting time to make something.
You will have to use Spar and coat with paper to strengthen. although it is made of high density Thermacol.

The wing profile is SipKill which is a popular airfoil for tailless flying wings. Chord is 9 Inch. Span is 40 Inch. See Pics, ask details if you need.

just a note to people....

There should not be any damage as i will send the wings in the 1/2 inch outer cover {see pic }.

And it will be packed nicely to avoid the mishandling during transit. I am crossing my fingers regarding the postage fee!!!!

Better than mine.
Will you take orders for specific aerofoils in HD thermocole.
350 is reasonable for cost+effort+postage.
Make it 400 if needed for better packaging.

No orders ..... as such. I am a freek for aero modelling but at present stuck in a job which does not allow me to make my crafts.... 2 of my planes are half built since last 6-7 months .... ( i am still learning to fly) ... had bought high density foam a year back, a good block of it cut into 2 inch sheets. since then keeping them safe from kids and wife.

3-4 people have asked for this.... i will consume the sheets till they last and i get time.....

Send me your aerofoil design and dimensions but please note no timeline commitment. wing span <40Inch  

I do use a little bit of sanding to smoothen places ..... like trailing edge, or the round shape for leading edge. I still have to master the hand movement at the L & T edges.

No aerofoil design, no time commitment from my end. Just do your best. My request confirmed.

the foam i am having is not the blue or pink foam its the white foam with 52 density.

Hi Saurab can you cut custom airfoil with tapering cord wider & thicker cord and longer wingspan.

That 40 Inches in one half of wingspan or complete length?

Hope you are aware of the making the wing ...... this needs

1. Paper covering with 50/50 fevicol/water sol.
2. elevons, servo, battery cutout
3. power system, motor mount
4. CG balancing
5. Lots of flying skill

Also see the CG for the wing sent to you. CG beginner to all-round (3.5 to 3.8 Inch)
the CG will be disturbed if you are using extension elevons (i.e not as cutout in the existing wing)...do use the CG calculator for the CG.... google it to find on net.

Guys please update the receipt and quality of wing and material. I am confident that the wings will reach undamaged cause of packing i have done.

Nithin waited for 10 days for the same.

My own wing in process since last 2 weeks....Showing it to give idea how the canopy can be made with the wing shell.
