Hello friends,
I am a student at NIT-Jamshedpur & have recently taken up an aeromodelling project along with 11 other batchmates.The competition will be held in Wichita,Az,U.S.A between 13-17 April 2012.We are facing funding problems.It would be of great help is anyone can help us by donating used/new servos,electric motors or any other part needed to build an rc aircraft.The competition details can be found at-www.aiaa.org

Are you hoping to build the entire plane out of donated parts ?

All my team members are green horns and are currently going through books by Raymer,Martin Simmons etc etc and learning softwares like Catia & fluent.We plan to start the designing process in the 1st week of October and start building in December.This is the 1st time that my institute is going to take part in this particular competition.We will build the entire plane with new parts.Need donated parts so that we can get a "feel" of the actual thing and if possible build a prototype/experiment with these parts.

i dont have a list as to the parts that i need coz dese donated parts would basically be used for exprimenting and to make a prototype before we actually start working on the real thing.It would be of great help if you could arrange servos and an electric motor...

Contact the guys from BITS Pilani - they have taken part
