I need a 3.2cc and up engine for r/c plane. I tried contacting Sharma Engines, but there seems to be a problem with the electronic mail system. contacted Aurora too, I am still waiting for the reply. I wanted to look through the numbers of revs and thrust for diesel engines of this capacity , based on members experience of running them with local fuel. If you have not operated diesels before and have no one to guide you diesel may not be your best choice. Similarly getting the ingredients for diesel brew would be much more difficult than glow (for glow these days you already have suppliers selling branded/premixed fuel). However if you are willing to learn and experiment go for it, diesels are fun and different breed. And oh yes they are not revvers, but they will swing a much bigger prop
