There are no stupid questions, just stupid people

Hi,

I have a mixture of methanol and castor oil (80%,20%) which I made for flying abt three months ago, I have not flown since then, can I still use the fuel or would it have gone bad ? Help Me

If the castor has separated from the methanol , then it would have gone bad . Also if you have sediments at the bottom of the bottle .

Also check if it is cloudy. That would mean water absorption and best discarded.

Certainly a good idea. The other suggestions were to indicate possible cases where the fuel would surely have spoilt.
