Per http://www.rcindia.org/fuel-and-engines/fuel-composition-for-diesel-engine/, there are 3 ingredients and the last two seem to be easily available.

Are you struggling to get the first one ?

I am in Allahabad, UP and have used diesel engines for a long time. You can easily get all components.
Ether - Get from a Scientific Instruments shop
Kerosene - Available everywhere
Castor - Medicine stores/local raw dealers.

just mix and use !

use following mixture to make your fuel

Ether (available at medical store) ask them politely and tell the reason why you want it. 40%
kerosene 30%
Castor oil. 30%

your fuel is ready, serve it to your engine.

and don't waste time and effort looking for amyl or iso propyl nitrate or other ignition booster. It simply is NOT available.
Remember, ether is very volatile. So prepare enough fuel for the days flight only.
I use special glass bottle in which ISOFLORANE  is sold. Isoflorane is an expensive inhalational anaesthetic Rs. 3500/-  for 250ml.
So try getting an empty  from a hospital or nursing home. you can store fuel for 6 months in it and it will retain all the ether.

hey sorry to say, the engine which you brought it is of no use, you will enjoy it initially only. it gives more and more trouble.
