Hi Anwar can I ship the fuel? Do they have any legal issues?

Just talk to the suppliers, they will let you know which courier/method they will use etc.  Search the forum for sources.

Many fuel brands are shipped in plastic cans.

Regarding shipping from Delhi, I am not the best person to answer that.  I am guessing someone from Delhi can answer which courier would be OK with shipping fuel out of Delhi.

I once got it couriered and on the bill they wrote "Hobby Lubricant" as with fuel they wont accept the parcel. Plus the courier company will also charge some insurance amount. You will have to contact with various companies and see who takes the bait.. thats all...

Not typically, if you got the lid on well.  Usually the plastic cans tend to have two lids... one slap-on type, and the other screw-in type.

But it is always recommended to keep the can upright.
