Try differential aileron, ie, very little throw downwards, most of the throw upwards.

Easiest way is to shorten the aileron pushrods, and attach them to a circular control arm on the servo.
(Like a V shaped control horn on the servo, with the arms pointing backwards)

 Also more rudder turns rather than ailerons
