I normaly use a cheap regulator availble in http://rccentredubai.com/contact.html
it has got dual battery input.

If you r using machanical swtich, Must use dual swtich set-up for safety. If any of the swtich fails (malfunctions)

Great information Harveer.  How are you connecting the dual batteries ?

Battery-1 to battery channal
Battery-2 to any open channal, if not then i use y-cord.

you can use this for 2 battery setup (Lipo). I have been using this for quite sometime now. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.
