Good Finishing. Cover window with OHP transperent paper and will look like Glass window.
Cover window side with thin black color tape just like rubber lining.
But what is the white colored inside fuselage ? White coro ? (in Hanger 040.jpg). Or Styrofoam ?
Is wing from 3mm Coro or 2mm coro?
And what is your airframe weight ?

thanks for replying.
@kalyanprodhan..sir i have alredy covered the windows with very thin transparent polycarbonate sheet.sir entire fuse from inside is reinforced with 3mm sunboard and plywood formers.
wing is made from two combinations..blue  coro for base is 4mm and top yellow coro is 2mm.inside it has a wooden strong spar..
my auw is around 2700grams.

Hitesh babu, mazaak uda rahe ho? How can you call my Avispad a "very nice built"?   It is amateurish when compared to this beauty.

Superb Build brother. Fantastic!! I have so much to learn from you. I am spellbound.

A touch of real class, after a long time. ( No offence meant or intended to other fellow modellers.)

Just one suggestion. This beauty deserves something better than such a rudimentary reinforcement like this. It destroys the entire aesthetics. PLEASE do something about this. Suggest that you hide it by running it parallel inside a flute on a coro piece.

That is a true masterpiece.. Very good craftsmanship!! and a very admirable build. Hope she flies as good as she looks. BTW, if you have a 4S use it on this model.. 2s engines spits a lot of oil and makes the model dirty.

Hitesh
i think you have made a mistake in mounting the engine, you have mounted the engine on tip of the cowling. Cub's fire wall is right below where the front wind shield ends. remove this and push the engine back to the intended firewall. looking at your build she should fly with .25 easily. the weight you have indicated is with the engine isn't ? that also explains why she took off and fell back to the ground, she is extremely nose heavy

sir thanks for replying..
the plan i referred to says the engine should be mounted at the position where  i have mounted.also i saw a hanger 9 piper at a fellow modeller's place to see how the engine and fuel tank is mounted on it..i even took 3-4 snaps and then mounted mine engine..

Tushar, you would need 5 Standard Servos, 2 for Ailerons, one each for rudder, Elevator, throttle. For yellow, it is a problem. Paint doesn't stick too well on Corro, tends to peel off. Can use Monokote or other Heat Shrink film.

@ 2.7 Kg that is a very heavy build. Will fly, of course, with a 52 to 60. The sunboard killed it - it adds a lot of weight, but not much strength. A better idea is Corro doublers with the flutes running crosswise, only where needed
