This is the second Piper J3 i own. Converted this one to house AP 0.09 engine.

here are some pics, video to follow, ran for almost 20 min on such a tiny tank and enough thrust. maiden tommorrow. what say sandy ?

side or inverted mounting the engine would have looked a much neat and clean....

it is looking like the engine was forced on it....

but an excellent mod.... i always wanted put an engine on a foamy...  Salute Salute

Cut cowling is going to come up from the bottom of the mount, this engine, with the head sticking out and false four cylinder on the side is going to look awesome ( I guess)

What to do Gusty, that's the first thing that came to mind. I have become abnormal - I go to a supermarket, see a small bucket, and think whether I can use the handle as a main landing gear for a Spad! Cheesy
