welcome to rcindia

pls check the [CG] Center of gravity , alignment of the wing , if they are correct then you can trim the aircraft perfectly
& pls take advice from expert flyer

Learning to Fly

Well... I was also a self learning type till I crashed 3 birds and then came to know about experienced flyers in the neighbourhood. Suggest you do the same.

However, in case you wish to DIY, then I suggest you first do the following
1) Check the CG and balance length wise (nose to tail), should balance
2) check the balance wingspan wise (the bird should not tilt on one side)
3) check the throws, if possible setup dual rates on control surfaces

once done then locate a flat place of land/tarmac to do ground run and wait for a no wind situation to do initial trials. When you begin taxing, do it slowly and then increase speed. See if the plane is going off in one direction and then try and  see what needs adjustment either the wheel or the rudder.

Next just do takeoff gain some height and cut throttle - it should glide and continue in the same direction.

Finally take off, gain ample height and then attempt turn by giving small inputs.
