Here will be post the build log of the helicopter and problem if any .

-Mikado Mini VBar
-NTM 1700Kv 6s Motor
-Castle ESC
-TGY 306 Servo for Cyclics
-Futaba 9257S Tail Servo
-Orange Rx

Ordered the kit from RC711.com Via DHL Delivered in 3 days.
Had Exams so I kept the kit from past one month and now i'll build it

Mounted the motor and the bearing block
And its a ONE PIECE block , Like The Align .

The motor Mount Heat sink And is of good quality.






Did the Main Gear Mesh setup with addition of the DFC head  

Need to set mesh before installing the Servos , otherwise you wont be able to access the motor mounting screws

Need 1mm gap between the pinion and Gear for proper mesh . You can use the paper method.

This heli is running on 121T Slant with 12T Pinion for best output.
The NTM 6s Motor is insane .
Solid head i must say . I did lube the bearing .
The center head block got Three screws to totally secure it with main shaft 
The DFC linkages are pretty thick and hard to break.
The swash got 4 ball links .

I'm Using the Tarot bearing oil for lubrication and the TL-242 Threadlock .

Using servo Extensions from VBAR to Rx , I placed the rx in between the frames.
A mounting plate is available in between the frames for Gyro or rx
Even secure the cables for less vibs . Vibs can travel through Cable to Gyro
Made sure to isolate the Vbar from surrounding to avoid extra vibrations

12k straight for vbar 
Did you saw the KBar From RcBazaar ? They perform great same as Vbar and almost half the price

Boom Block
Checked for bad bearing and made sure that the gears are smooth.

As expected the Autorotation gear and the rear tail rotor Drive gear had a little jamming maybe due to The shape of Auto gear. Which i think will be fine after few flights . I applied little Grease Which was included in the kit for building purposes.

NOTE : Can't tighten the Boom Block Right now as the Tail Fuse needs to cover it.

Powered up the servos and Vbar .
Calibrated the transmitter with the vbar and did the basic setting like reversals etc .

Mounted the Castle ESC on the right side of the frame using 3M Tape .
And that's the Brick 6s LiPo .
The servos need to be trimmed which i'll do later after installing in the frame.

Keep the motor disconnected while setting up the gyro

Installed the Cyclic servos
Now I can't Access the motor mounting screws .
Linkage length is as per Align manual . But Gotta hit and try to make 0 Degree at mid stick

Now the Boom fuse need to be Attached to the frames
NOTE : I have seen boom coming out of many PROs after few runs so either you can pin the boom or use a little tape on the edge of the boom (portion which goes inside the boom block) so that it settles permanently  
The other Tail Servo Horn like the star one needs to be trimmed other wise they Bind with the Boom fuse . So i'm using Circular one

This case assembled but need to be opened and threadlocked . Lots of screws , need to be properly threadlocked .
And yes it's beautiful  
The Fin Screws Goes through The Boom Fuse and then to the case .

You won't believe sir Its my Old backup phone - HTC Sensation .
There's something wrong with the CAM . Like in the last two pics you will find something wrong at the center of the pic.

Tail Gain was pretty low . Had to increase 20 point ahead . Current DX8 Gain 90%

The Futaba S9257 is a great Tail servo for any 450 .
Plus I don't need to tweak the I and P gains for the VBar . Its like Made for each other (Vbar and 9257)
So currently running high gain.

Just take care that the 2200 3s fits hardly inside . Needs redrilling the holes

And 6s only Brick one properly without re-drilling holes

That head and bearing blocks looks solid , would love to get one and get it in the air

Yup those head is sexy but i'm confused about the material they used.
Whole head heated up amazingly fast under one minute while heating up the feathering shaft screw using soldering iron.
Its seems to be sturdy but a crash will say
