As sajju mentioned, looks like RCB has re-stocked most of it - so go ahead and order from their website www.rcbazaar.com

It's difficult to suggest when you're a biginner. Anyway, if you want to start i'd suggest the beginner 450, which is a great buy, less expensive. A PRO version would be ideal once you've got enough knowledge about 450 CCPM's, how to set them up correctly and how to control. I bet you won't regret starting with the cheapest. Ofcourse, all electronics are easily switchable from the beginner 450 to say 450 v2/PRO i suppose. So go ahead buy the best electronics i.e. Brushless motor, ESC, Servos, Battery, Tx-Rx & Gyro + beginner 450. Follow sajjus videos. Once you know it's not a toy Smiley then go ahead and order your true 450 - you'll never regret.

Here's your list
Beginner 450 kit - http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/1074-hiller-beginner-450-ccpm.aspx
Motor - out of stock i guess
ESC - http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/804-avionic-40-amp-esc.aspx
Cyclic Servos - http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/794-aeolian-s0009-9g-servo.aspx or http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/799-avionic-metal-gear-9g-servo-av90mg.aspx
Rudder Servo - http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/1304-avionic-12g-digital-servo-av12d.aspx or http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/797-avionic-25g-hi-speed-digital-servo-av9257.aspx
Battery - http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/1266-wolfpack-2200mah-3s-20c.aspx
Gyro -http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/790-g105-head-lock-gyro.aspx
Tx-Rx - http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/396-fs-ct6b-6ch-24ghz-transmitter-receiver.aspx or http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/397-fs-th9x-9ch-24ghz-transmitter-receiver.aspx

Or simply order the RTF http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/1352-hiller-beginner-ready-to-fly.aspx
+ Transmitter & Receiver

Hope that helps.
Yes that's me in the video Smiley the first one
