Mahesh,

Man, that hell is not to be flown "straight off" when you get it.

From the sound of your post, it seems you have very little experience in flying a 3D hell (if at all), have you practiced on SIM?

What had broken or needs fixing will have to be closely checked, you need to look into various parts and see if anything is not looking OK.

You should visit a flying field and experience some flying with experienced people to get started, and showing your hell to them will be a much quicker way to analyse the issue and get it sorted out. You will need to read A LOT and learn before you can do things yourself.

RC India - Flying and racing with open minds !

I wish you had got on this forum or something like this before you started flying helis as a beginner to RC.  Fact is, without sim practise you are sure to lose a lot of money if you try to learn flying on a real heli as an absolute beginner (on a collective pitch heli).

Normally, for training we insist that the flyer spend as many hours on a sim so that they can hover "nose in" and fly circuits comfortably, before trying to fly a heli on their own.  Even then, it is best to be on a buddy cable with an experienced flyer.

So stop messing with the heli for now, and spend enough time on a sim before you do anything with it (other than fixing it).

Dont crash Heli, Crash Tx

recently i met a senior doctor who had interest in helis and which let him buy a hausler v2. Unfortunatly heli was crashed as it was directly started in 3d mode + Stair Fall  which resulted in broken blades and etcc. Now see the masoomiyat , he glued the main wooden blades. See this hobby requires a few prerequisite ,research and some $ in stack. Smiley
