Title: Blade mcpX in india ?
Post by: dheerajjuneja on June 06, 2012, 06:13:13 PM
Am thinking of getting a microheli to fly indoors, blade mcpx seems to have some very good reviews etc.

Tried all LHS (with websites) mentioned in the rc outlet stores, but this is not available. Can some LHS help with this purchase?

Or any suggestion about a mostly similar sized heli available easily (LHS maybe) ?

Hi dheerajjuneja

as of i know, LHS can supply is you want more than 10 quantities,
and if you want a single piece, i think it works out cheaper as you may not be charged custom duties on it
however a commercial entity like a LHS will have to pay almost 30% of the duty compulsorily which increases the cost

check if this suits you

I have been flying the Walkera Genius. Its comparable to the Blade MCP X in size and ability. Its a great heli to have when outdoor flying is impossible - like Delhi in summer and Kerala in the monsoons. I was in Kerala recently and managed to get indoor flights everyday. Nothing fancy in a 20x20 room but enough to keep me happy. Unfortunately it saddles you with a Walkera Tx that I wouldn't really use for anything else.
