If you are beginning, save your carbon fiber (CF) blades, and go for cheaper wooden ones.

Get some semi-permanent thread-lock glue.  Consider the fact that you may lose your servo gears in crashes.

As far as radio is concerned, there are lots of choices in that price range, checkout local stores like RCDhamaka, IndianHobbies, RCForall, Rotor etc (just to name a few, there are more in our mega list at http://www.rcindia.org/rc-outlets-and-resellers/mega-list-of-all-rc-outlets-in-india/)

Airtronics 8channel is a good choice at similar price range.  And there are more cost effective radios coming up from the Airtronics line in the near future.

A life time radio for a heli flyer needs 7 channels (the 7th one for governor on nitro helis).  But for your CopterX type of use, any 6 channel with CCPM mixing should suffice.

Entirely a matter of personal choice, finally !
