Is it necessary to add 2 motors for 2 rotors in a coaxial rc helicopter or can we go for a single motor with a gear box to run 2 motors ? Please help me I am new to this rc stuff.....

Dont crash Heli, Crash Tx



Yes you can go for a single motor but it makes no sense to use it. How are you going to turn your heli, its the torque for rotors that helps to yaw right and left.
