1. Motor pinion gears are fixed well on the motor shaft. 2. The motor pinion gears is touching the main gears. 3. The motor is turning in the right direction. If it is running in the opposite direction, the one way bearing will cause the main gears to free-wheel. Most likely this is the issue. To fix it, reverse any two of the three wires running from the ESC to motor. They need to be fixed in more of an "X" orientation than a "+" orientation (while viewed along the tail boom).
