Title: GT5889 Lipo Help! Post by: raiyus13 on August 02, 2011, 03:37:14 PM Can somebody using this heli please :help: me to get a Lipo for it, that can sit well in the cage and also do better than the stock Lipo.

But for the general audience, I am mentioning it here too, the lipo that I bought is a 2s(7,4v) 850mah from Rcforall. The battery could last for a minute longer or maybe only for a few secs, but 9mins is what I do get.

Already done 12 mins of hover and theres still juice left. Stopped in fear of burning out the motor. I had charged the battery on a Prolux 3839A at 500 mAh and got full charge in less than 2 hrs.
