Couple of things to check.

1. Is you swash really moving up and down the whole way ? Program a "throttle hold" on your TX, activate it, and see if your swash moves along with your throttle stick.  Obviously this means that you have to double check if your pitch curve is valid etc.

2. Is it throwing air in the right direction ? This implies you need to double check if the rotation of blades are in the right direction (clockwise when you look down from top of the heli).

3. VERY IMPORTANTLY, check if you have your blades mounted right in terms of leading edge cutting into the air as it rotates.

Post a video of your swash movement, and how your blades are fixed.

Once I had mounted the blades in the wrong direction, but the heli flew. It was only after landing my friend found the issue  Giggle

Also check the pinion, you need > 2800RPM head speed for an ALIGN type 450

Depending on your throttle curve, reversed blades will hamper the lift, and can prevent the heli from lifting off. I have seen it before.

The other common case, is the direction of movement of swash. On Align standard helis, the swash should move UP as you increase throttle... if it moves down, the heli will be pinned down to the ground more and more as you increase throttle.  The solution is to reverse "pitch" direction in the SWASH menu (-50 to +50 or +50 to -50 as needed, typically).

Check if the swash setting is movung the swash in the right direction.

12 0 12 is very high for a beginner. You must use -2 to 9 and graduate to higher throws gradually.

Cheers

I have to say... useless pictures Sad

Do you mind commenting on each of the suggestions people have given earlier, at least whether you have verified each one of them ?  When people take time and make an earnest effort to post suggestions, it is sort of your responsibility to respond properly to them, right ?

I would understand if you were busy, and a proper response is coming.

when I am sober my heli is drunk..

Looking at the state of your blades, it looks like you are doing the trial and error routine.
Don't try to run the motor if you are not sure of the connections and start understanding the the root cause rather then push your throttle, if it did not lift one time, doing the same thing will not make it lift the 2nd and 3rd time.

1. First thing to do is check the servo connection, 1E,2A,6P is the basic rule unless otherwise modified.
Note: 1 on the Receiver goes to Elevator, 2 goes to Aileron, 6 the pitch, 4 is always the tail gyro and 5 is the gyro
    signal, 3 is the ESC.
Disconnect the motor and connect the battery pack and all the servos to the receiver.
try to throttle up, see if all your servos move up at the same time pushing your swash perpendicular to the main shaft.
2. If your servos don't push the swash upwards as you throttle, reverse or reassign the servos.
3. Then move to the pitch gauge, for a beginner and my personal setting is -4 to +9~10
try this and see what you achieve.

let us know your progress and good luck!!

What you need is post a video of your swash movement.  As you can see everyone is posting videos here by uploading the video to youtube, and posting the link here.

Changing the pitch curve will not help you much, if anything try -4 - 4 - 10.

It would have been helpful if you posted the position of swash along with stick position.  Now you are showing swash movement, without any reference to where the TX stick is Smiley

We will assume that it is moving well, since you said you had lift off.  Now the thing to check mainly is if you have enough head-speed.  This is affected by a bunch of factors.

1.  Throttle curve - But you already said you are going from 0 to 100, so at least the top part should be OK.

2.  Enough charge in the lipo.

3.  Whether you are using the right pinion to transfer power from the motor to the main blades.

4.  Quality of the blade.  Blades that flex too much are known to cause this.

5.  Slop in the head/swash movement.

6.  Also try -4 - 4 - 12 pitch. Since you said even at full throttle it is not lifting up, this might not be applicable, but may make sense if your how you read the pitch is not perfect.

Also bump up the throttle curve a bit to give it more power around mid stick.
