Hey guys.

I went to RcBazaar yesterday, and checked out all the awesome things in this amazing shop. Rajath and I were both admiring the beauty of the helis :)

So, I took my dad today, and he checked out all the helis and planes and he was impressed by the no. of items available :o
We came VERY close to buying a heli, but I suggested him not to, because it was quite expensive.. RTF with a Turnigy 9x was about 14k.

So we left the store and had dinner at Up South. (South Indian Resturant near RcBazaar :) )
I didn't want any, so I went to McDonalds and had something. I called up my dad, (When I thought he was at Up South, but was really at RcBazaaer :) ), and he said that he was getting the car which was parked at Central.

When the car came, sitting in the backseat was a BEAUTIFUL Hiller 450 v2. Best gift EVER! ;D

Will start building it only when I have time.

And will surely need help with the process :)

Now for my Heli background - I have some experience with helis - a 3ch heli from 2-3 years ago, a 4ch Walkera 5G4Q3, and a LOT of Sim time :)
Even bought a training kit :)

Did you get the frame or the combo?

For now, only the frame. Will be getting the elecs later :)

congrats on the heli... you have a great dad...
now coming to the build.. pls let me know if you need anything... i should have included a manual in it but unfortunaltey the manufacturer did not give one to us ... pls download a trex 450 v2 manual... use a good allen hex or the screws usually strip .. do not over tighten with all your strength.. pls get loctite 242 - blue and fix on each an evey metal to metal joint.. this is important... i will try to make a build video of this soon so that it will be helpful (bob filess has on helifreak for trex 450 dont know if this should be repeated)... what i noticed was the head issually is loctite'd from the factory except for the flybar cage... pls loctite this... the til pitch slider has to be silky smooth.. mine had a little resistance so i uses a dremel buffing tool to smoothen it.. if you dont have a dremel use zero grade sandpaper and run it very lightly on the tail shaft (laterally) and the slider will move smoothly.. for the belt tension do not over pull the boom off the block and tighten the belt.. there has to be some slack on the tail belt but not too much... and pls practice on the sim before you take off and do not take off in you house... try to read this http://www.dream-models.com/eco/flying-index.html (http://www.dream-models.com/eco/flying-index.html).. you might find it boring but is useful... there are some vids on this too...ah.. before i forget pls borrow a pitch guage.. i completely forgot to stock this in the store and will be done soon.. again any help or any issues pls email me or pm me.. enquiry@rcbazaar.com all the best and have a great build.

Do you carry blue 242 loctite? Because I only saw red loctite in the store.
