I powered up my hiller 450 v2 for the first time today, and as soon as i gave it a tiny amount of throttle the heli started wobbling on the ground very badly, any ideas why? And how can i fix it ? I dont know why it is happening.

Pls. Help me out

A little wobbling is normal. Very bad wobbling is abnormal. Assuming the swash leveling is done and servos were centered before your first test flight :

Does the main rotor blades move very free on the blade holders ? If yes, tighten them, but not too tight that you cannot move it with a little push.

If you can post a video, others may be able to put in more expert opinions.

As ebinmoothedam said, if the swash plate is levelled (if its not you should not even spoll up).

Three important things:
1. Are the blades balanced?
2. Have you done the blade tracking?
3. The main blades should be tight enough that they don't move in the balde grips, if you hold the heli in your hand and tilt it around.

Edit:
Couple of more things to look at:
1. Is the main shaft true i.e. it should not have any wobble when you run the motor without the head (only the main shaft attached)
2. The flybar should be dead centered i.e. it should have exactky equal length from both end, plus the flybar paddles should also be balanced.

I would start with taking the head out:
-> Check if shaft is fine
-> Put the flybar and ensure its equal in lenght from both end
-> Attach the paddles and spool up to check if there is no wobble with just the flybar
-> Attach the head and spoll up to ensure that the head is balanced (very rarely the head can be un-balanced)
-> Then attach the perfectly balanced blades + do the blade tracking, tighten the blades properly
-> Then see how much wobble i have left with.

Let us know if after doing all this, the wobble still exists.

Hey guys.... The wobbling was due to slightly unbalanced flybar,  have fixed that now, no more wobbling...

bro one query, this morning just started the heli (450 v2), all servos working, but no motor. countinous beeping. i increased the throttle ,motor rotates and trips off again and again.

what is the problem, is the esc gone bad, or rx problem. i havent charge the battery yet, its a new one, as i dont have the charger, but the servos works fine.

If you have a multimeter check the battery voltage. If the battery is low on voltage the ESC will cut off and the motor will not spin:)
