Hi all,
Hiller Hover kit from rc bazaar..it is my first Heli

Electronics:
ESC:Emax 40A Esc
MOTOR:Avionic PRO H2217 KV4000 FOR 450 HELI brushless motor www.rcbazaar.com/product.aspx?productid=4114
SERVOS:Avionic AV9A 9g Servo 3

iam new to Heli please give me  your suggestions  if you find anything wrong in my build

looks wrong ...
all your servo arms should be at the same position with the swash flat.

couple of tips

a . dowload the manual for align trex 450 and see how to set up your swash.
b.   google for and watch the finless bob videos for setting up a flybar heli.

adjusted servo ball links
only one servo  link not proper any suggestions to adjust that

Swap the linkage rod to ensure you have the correct one for this servo.
Remove linkage rod to ensure servo is centered
place the servo horn parallel to the swash as much as possible.
Place the correct size linkage rod for this servo.

I have doubt ..while center these control horns my throttle stick should be in center or at 0 throttle???

because i did all servos when throttle at 0

confused????

Keep the throttle stick centered while centering the servos.

servos centered .one servo not exactly centered

now i need to level swashplate..
can i use subtrims to level swash plate?

To level swaplate do i need to use subtrims or  ajust pushrods...how to level swashplate :headscratch: :headscratch: :headscratch:

If the corrections is limited to couple of degrees, you can do with the sub-trims, if greater than 5degrees, then better do it at the push rods. To level a swash plate, a swash plate leveller is needed and they are specific to each heli and pretty expensive. If you don't have one, then you have to look around for the alternatives around you.

check on youtube for how to make swash leveler from zip tie
