I received a 1800 Mah 3 cell 11.1V Lipo with my heli. That was a faulty piece  Bang Head  and one cell was soldered with wrong polarity.  Shocked
I removed on cell. Now it is left with two cells.

I have two questions
1)   What is the current rating of this battery now? Is it still 1800 mah with 8.4 volts or lesser?
2)   Now how to charge this battery ? Can i connect this to the balance charger  ?

What is the status of charging connector? is it soldered as it is like it was original or did you make any changes in that also.
Normally a 3 cell battery has a four pin connector and 2 cell has 3 pin connector. the two corners once are +ve and -ve, and middle is the joiner of two polarity. you need to change the connector for 2 cell charging. check your charger, there might be some marking on charging connector.

In your case, battery is 7.2 V 1800 mah.

Hi,
charging the Lipo correctly is again a difficult part of RC. after soldering the connector of old lipo to new one, make sure you have checked the voltage of both the cells and observer the puffing of battery, sometime excess of heat of soldering can start puffing.
after "All izzzz Well" do secure all soldering and open wire with heat shrink tube and sleeves.
