Check if there any load on the servo but by my opinion In case of heli its better to replace servos othewise.

Its only jitter when i push and pull full alleron or elevator when my main moter is running. And when main moter will stop then there is no jitter in servo. And in mid position there is no jitter in servo

Can be a power issue too.

It looks more like an RF interference to me. Are your servo leads running close to the ESC or motor?
Try running them through ferrite cores. If possible reroute the wires and you may want to ensure adequate power supply while on load.

It should be a throw or endpoint problem.
Try doing this:
Hold aileron full left or right, and while holding, reduce that channel servo's endpoints or throw, reduce the throw of the servo until it stops jittering.

Try to use a LC filter in your power system.

Your servo not getting enough amps try give more amps, I solve mine by adding a separate BEC.
