You need a CNC 5 axis or  4  axis  to cut them on alloy  Aluminum 6061-T6 and assemble them with other things like shafts bearing and nut bolts dimensions included in plan And some carbon fiber parts and frame  dimensions included in plan

You can not see side frames because they are drawn on paper

@abhay i have sent a PM go through that carefully.

It can be incredibly dangerous to fly such a large chopper that is untested and a brand new design, you sent a pm stating your head design is better than DFC, Please understand DFC is a tried and tested system. With many hours of testing behind it.

I am telling this for everyones safety.  I would advice you to contact some other members of the forum who are much more skilled than me like Gusty ji or Anwar Ji for advice on whether you should go forward with it or not.

Pls. Dont be demoralised by what i say. I am saying it for the benefit of everyone. And for your own personal safety. Because large helis can be incredibly dangerous.

Regards

I second you, yashodhanp.

abhayf14, what other models or design information did you refer to before laying out your own CAD? Have you done the necessary software/theoritical analysis for ensuring technical parameters are within tolerances? If yes, please post those details.

Also, please email me the deisgns anjan.anjan5@gmail.com I'd like it in .dfx format.

tech savvy? so you have experience with helis, and can make a cad drawing, but you can't print screen? enjoy your 700 heli.. if you hurt yourself, don't come crying.. we've already warned you...

aniket bro no offense but recently u acting like a grandpapi of the forum ...man chill and calm down am sure the guy has an idea and knows what he has done and knows the risk factor involved too ....all heli guys do know ....its a plan that he envisioned and chalked it down ....when the build starts he will take the necessary precautions to ensure safety  and make sure good materials are used ....any way i would love to c the complete design if u could pm it to me ill have a look and give u inputs abhay ...cause i was thinking of the very same but dint find time .....pm me ur plans ill have a look and help u with it ....u dont need to build it urself ...once we conclude the design is rigid and great, u urself can approach a heli manufacturer and get one done .....may be a new heli in the market  Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Lol nitesh you really want to buy a 700 with no experience of building heli's? or no experience of even flying one? a 700 kit itself comes at Rs.50000+. Bro think before you decide what you want to do.

hahaha! yea I guess I've been getting quite over the top nowadays! Tongue I sound like some creepy old guy sitting on the side and yelling at others... Tongue

my concern is only that someone who knows autoCAD and can design a heliframe doesn't know of the print screen button? then says that he's not tech savvy... kuch gadbad lagta hai...

no man.. I have been getting a little wary of super-sized rc choppers... ( the whole "large spinning blades that can slice humans" idea doesn't really appeal to me... Tongue) since recently, courtesy the news... so it kinda freaked me out when this guy turns up saying that he's gonna scratch build one... Shocked
