Post by: Shyam Hembram on August 09, 2013, 04:10:20 AM
Just had a crash with my hiller 450,in which the right side screw of the
blade grip is bent, I am unable to open the screw. Would be happy if
somebody help me out and am ready to send it to you. Let me know the
methods

Two options

Heat it - this will loosen the threadlock enough to unscrew - this will melt
the rubber dampers however

or second - use a dremel/fine hacksaw to cut off the feathering spindle
you will have to replace the feathering shaft as it is.

or else take a hack saw and start cutting it from the orings. You would sacrifice the oring in worst case. Or better go to some mechanic and have it removed or get the screw drilled.

I think it's better to cut that part:-/
