Here I'll post the Un-boxing and Build Pics with Explanation Required.
It's a 600 size Helicopter . Building this beautiful Heli for a friend of mine .

With Stock Blades and Stock Motor Combo .

Planning to run
-Stock Motor
-YEP 120 Amp Hv ESC
-2s direct
-RJX FS-0521Hv Servos for Cyclics and RJX FS-0521THv Tail servo (Narrow band) - Running on 8.4v
-Mikado Mini V-Bar

Will be slow winter build i guess .
The Manual comes in a Pen-Drive .

NOTE : Kit comes with male-female bullet connectors for motor-esc connections .

Thanks JK ! But unfortunately the build and maiden is happening in Mumbai .

Abhay , the friend for whom I'm building already owns 700 .

Bigger version of the warp 360, should be called Warp 6....

Now starting with the DFC Head -
Though it comes assembled from the company, It's recommended to check all screws again. In my case the screws holding the feathering shaft required cleaning with acetone to remove the oil from then and then thread-locked.
So opened the head re-greased everything and packed it again.

The head comes with green dampers .
You'll see there are many screws rusting which requires cleaning properly through WD40 .


The shaft sides comes with one hole end and the other side with 2 hole end .
The one hole end goes to the DFC head .

The swash comes pre-assembled from factory but requires lubrication . I had scorpion bearing oil which i'm using here for lubrication





The Tail box comes pre-assembled too ! But need to check all screws .
You'll find the ball links very hard to move which required a bit of sanding of the balls or Need to loosen them by putting and taking off from balls repeatedly .

Putting miscellaneous parts together before the actual frame build .
Manual shows you in a very systematic manner about the screws and parts required .






Need to clean the pinion from inside using WD40 to remove any possible rusting .

The Heli forum was getting very inactive lately.
This is a great thread to revive it ! I am enjoying reading.

I'm almost done with the frame/fuselage . Electronics will be done soon.

@Aman, this is a really reliable and a quality 600.
Video will be there in a week 

The frame comes in 4 pieces or technically 6 we say. Looks better then the old 6hv. But it seems it will survive a hard crash.

Completed the servo mounting, all done according to the manual







And then the 3 Bearing blocks properly positioned along with the Auto belt tension-er, Gyro plate, spacers, Battery tray and canopy mount installed . Need to loosen up the tension-er while installing the boom and setting up the belt tension.

And the bottom fuse part is facing out when attached to the top frame and there are 2 different sized spacers so refer manual







 

Assembled the other half frame, landing skids






Now assembling the Tail boom and the main gear assembly  .
Sorry couldn't get much pics while assembling .
And it's a bit of a pain to put the other belt tension-er belt later after installing the boom.








Now it's time for motor, pinion, v-bar, main head linkages, esc mounting plates and yeah receiver .
Need to make sure that the motor wire positoin is according to your ESC position. Right on mine 
I have mounted the receiver inside the frame with the satellite outside
and at this position my fuse is done almost and it's the time to setup the vbar .
