I was on my way back from Oman yesterday and just stopped at Nad Al Shiba Flying Ground. This is what I saw. Its turbine powered and was so stable in the air even with heavy afternoon wind. My camera battery was totally down after our trip so got one snap on my mobile, sorry no videos.

I have flown a similar one (brand Vario) a few times
Test and trim flights. It is kind of unnerving when the heli costs the same as a BMW 5 series !
Their grace in the air is something to cherish forever !

WOW I have never seen one so huge till yester day. The Front door opens and the back door slides back, it’s like a full scale version. Best part is it’s much more silent than the normal heli. The cost is around 30,000 $ as I understood.
