I am not sure who sells Walkera in India. Since these are parts (which should not cause you problems with customs etc), you may try to get them from HongKong/Taiwan based shops like :

Since the 35 is discontinued, you may need to look at substitutes from other Walkera models.
Let us know what help you need in terms of repair. We have a bunch of heli folks here, so that part should hopefully be easier than sourcing the parts.
