which type of glue is best for fixing a carbon fiber framed rc helicopter? i actually broke the tail boom. i have researched a bit and found out something called CA (cyano-acetate) and epoxy. which one is better to fix a tail boom?. shall i purchase a new tail boom and replace it?. i have tried feviquick but it didn't worked.

FeviKwik and CA are the SAME THING. FeviKwik is just a brand name for it. you should buy a new tail boom for it, since it is not easy to re-glue a tail boom perfectly straight

Try loctite 495, but dont know if it will be good for heli booms.

Build planes like feathers rather than tanks, both handle bullets equally well.

Yep I agree with Raja ...you can straighten a littlle bit bent boom but never heard joing one with epoxy or CA

It's not worth crashing your heli again if the joint is not solid.

Gluing the Boom doesn't seems to be a good idea . Better replace .

i searched over the net and i saw feviqwick has 'cyano-acrylate' whereas CA is 'cyano-acetate'. i have no idea about difference between them. anyways, i would replace the tail boom.

ok, CA is a abbreviation of cyano-acrylate, i got it! i am going to replace the boom as i think even after gluing,it wouldn't last long.
