I now have completed building the pre-production model Diesel Shunter lovingly christened "JOBUS CHARNOCK". This is an industrial diesel loco from the 50's. Model features: 2.5" gauge 1/22.5 scale L=25"(over buffer beams), w=5 1/4" & H=7 1/4" (above rail top), weight=5.5kilos (w/o battery pack) All brass & Stainless steel construction powered by 2 bogies, each powered by a 12v dc 1kgf-cm torque geared motor, all metal 4 stage 1:48 reduction drive 2.4ghz RC with directional head/marker lights, diesel sync sound & horn detailed photo-etched body work, & actual rivets sprung axle boxes, buffers & couplers stainless steel wheels and axles Regards Nilanjan Paul www.pline.in (http://) - Title: Re: Diesel Shunter in gauge 3 (2.5 inch gauge) Post by: VC on April 01, 2014, 02:32:57 PM Nilanjan, I think you have surpassed yourself.
