I am trying to go for 5hz frequency with a 3500kV motor. I am thinking to use a readuction gear ration of 24:1. Is it correct ?? Design is based on kestrel orni

Hiw many stages of reduction are you planning to... And to achive 5Hz frequency you may be needing 2 stage reduction...
